We started this venture in 2005 in the name St. Antony’s Agro Farms as a broiler duck farm. The duck meat supplied is from our own poultry farm. Therefore, we are one of the best duck suppliers in Kerala and our main aim is to supply the best quality meat to our customers. Meat Hut, our new venture is a retail shop opened to cater your high-quality meat requirements at any time.

 

We understand that the key to flavourful dishes lies in the quality of the ingredients, and that is why we meticulously handpick each cut to ensure it meets our firm standards. The quality of the meat really does depend upon the feed and other nourishments given to the bird and we are very much vigilant in supplying best quality feed to the bird. Quality is our main priority, and we are striving hard to keep the same all the time.

 

Food safety and hygiene are paramount to us. We do all the meat processing activities by following the guidelines of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. From the farm to the processing unit and till our meat product reaches the customer’s hand we take all the food safety and hygiene precautions.

 

We have a semi-automatic processing unit as well as a cold room facility. As part of our customer-centric approach, we also offer custom cuts (curry cut, biriyani cut, machine slice etc).
